I'm thankful for the outpouring of support and encouragement that I've received from strangers, church members, friends, and family as I've embarked on this adventure.
But how can you support me while I'm 9,000+ miles away on my crazy-awesome journey?

- Pray for my host community, for Cambodia, and for our global companions.
- Pray for my fellow young adults in global mission
* They will be serving at their placements in Cambodia and 10 other countries.
- Pray for my friends and family who continue to support me from the homeland.

* Word is, mail is expensive and unreliable in Cambodia.
- A short, uplifting note to tell me you're thinking of me means more than you can imagine.

FUNDRAISING
- I'm grateful to announce that I have reached my fundraising goal
- I'm thankful to all my generous donors.
- Recall that it costs $13,000 to support a missionary for a year, but that covers:
* transportation to/from the country of service,
* room and board,
* programming and training,
* basic medical insurance,
* etc...
Any funds raised beyond my personal goal of $4,000 go to support:
* the fundraising efforts of others who have been unable to reach their goal,
* future participants,
* and the development and expansion of the program.
